What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes with an experienced crew, essential safety equipment, fuel, and light refreshments. The exact inclusions depend on the type of service — sunset tours offer gourmet snacks and premium non-alcoholic drinks, while business charters provide meeting facilities and corporate catering alternatives.
When should I reserve my booking?
Booking early, ideally 2–3 weeks before your intended date, is advised, particularly in the busy season (May–September). For corporate functions and personal events, we suggest making reservations 4–6 weeks prior to secure your spot and allow for personalized arrangements.
What occurs if the weather turns bad?
Your safety is our main concern. Should the captain determine that weather conditions are unsafe, you'll be offered an alternative date or a complete refund. We keep an eye on the weather and will reach out to you if we have any concerns 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
May I bring my own refreshments and food?
Certainly, you're welcome to bring your own food and drinks. On the other hand, we also have excellent catering services with customizable menu options. Please be aware that for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed on the yacht.
Do you accommodate guests with mobility restrictions?
We aim to provide service to all guests. Our yachts vary in accessibility features; please let us know your requirements during the reservation process and we'll suggest the most appropriate yacht and make the necessary preparations.
What's your policy on cancellations?
For cancellations done 72 hours or more before the planned departure, a full refund is issued. Those made between 24–72 hours before will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 24 hours before the departure are not eligible for a refund, except in the case of adverse weather conditions or mechanical issues on our end.
